I am Lydia Teh, the only cook, baker, writer and photographer of My Kitchen. I am a Chinese-Malaysian, married to Japanese and we have a junior sumo food taster named John. We are currently living in Penang, Malaysia.Recipes in My Kitchen are mostly call for fresh food ingredients and minimal canned or prepared foods, I do store some canned food for "emergency" use. I believe in feeding my family with real things, fresh and wide variety of vegetables, fish and meat.
