Eggplant Dip

This recipe is from my classmate, she made this dip for snack presentation today. It was a big hit everyone loved it.

Ingredients:
500gm Eggplants
2 tbsp Plain Yogurt
Basil
4-5 gloves Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste

Directions:
Bake eggplants in the oven for 1 hour.
Skin the eggplants and blend with all other ingredient until smooth.
Serve with crackers.
