I had soup noodles in claypot for lunch, nothing fancy simply vermicelli in clear soup. I love vegies as you can see I added lots of bak choy in there. Claypot is ideal to keep the soup warm especially good for cold weather.
Tak and I like bubbling hot soup so we bought a portable gas stove. Since then we have been eating steamboat with different type of soup base umpteen times. He bought a cute portable gas stove last time he went back to Japan. I placed an A4 paper underneath it so you can roughly guess the size of the stove. The bigger stove we bought earlier took up too much spaces, this small one is more "compatible" with the small dining table we have.
