Deep fried soft shell crabs topped with fried egg yolks and chili. This is actually the recipe for prawn but I used it for soft shell crab. I liked it but Tak did not like it cos of its butterly taste. He prefers salt and pepper flavour we ate at chinese restaurant. A plate of salt and pepper crab (1 crab) costs $8.00 or more. We paid $15.00 for a box of six crabs!
