Had chicken rice balls for dinner today. The rice was cooked the same way as for Hainanese chicken rice, the only difference was making the rice into small rice balls. Served the chicken rice with spring onion condiment and chili sauce I made earlier. As for the chicken, I marinated chicken wings with salt and five spices powder for 2 hours or so then deep fried till golden brown. A simple yet hearty dinner for me.
