This is the butter cake that I baked to practice cake decoration. Since I lost the recipe I used when I was in Singapore, I hopped around online and settled on The Ultimate Butter Cake Recipe. I scaled down to make only one cake and also used a bigger pan to make a flatter cake. Hope it tastes ok...
