Simple home cooked dinner tonight. Mum used to cook this dish pretty often with the fresh snake beans from our front yard. She likes to grow vegetables, we got fresh supplies all year round with varieties of vegetables such as okra, eggplants, snake beans, sweet potato's leaves and so forth. When I was living in Singapore, every time I went back to my hometown I asked for sweet potato's leaves... my younger brother too. Last time I brought Tak with me, was surprised that he loved it too.
