Steamed Red Bean Buns (豆沙包)

Used the meat pau's dough recipe for these red bean steamed buns, bought the red bean paste from asian supermarket yesterday. Usually pleated buns are the "trade mark" for the savory buns, and buns with sweet filling are without pleats. I made those with pleats for my practice... :D

I love your pleating, so nice and even. I love making steam bun, but my only problem is pleating. I made steam bun so many time, but never seem to get the pleating right.
