Steamed fish - one of my favourite dishes to cook and to eat, easy to prepare and great with steamed rice. I added Chinese preserved veggies and mushrooms to the basic steamed fish recipe. I should not write too much here... my assignments are calling me.
A quick note:
With the basic steamed fish recipe (shredded ginger and soy sauce), you may add other ingredients such as sesame oil, fried shallot, black bean paste, small piece of bacon, etc.
