Ma Po Dofu

Ma Po Tofu

Tak's favourite dish... he likes it very spicy so he usually add lot of freshly crushed chinese peppercorn on his portion. It was so good with steamed rice.

I love ma po tofu too! How did you make the sauce/gravy? With soy bean paste?

I used hot bean paste - 辣豆瓣酱 and added extra bird-eye chilies 花椒.
