Mung Bean Ice Blocks


Wanted to cook mung beans soup but forgot to set timer as I usually will, then I was totally absorbed in Ugly Betty. By the time I finally remembered my soup, it had became very mushy paste. First thing came into my mind was ice cream! But it was impossible to squeeze the ice cream maker into my tiny freezer... so why not ice blocks? Luckily I had coconut cream and brown sugar in stock, stirred in a bit of both, cooled then moulded. Simple huh?
