Black Glutinous Rice Porridge

糯米粥


I have not eat this for really long time, 3 years? It was hard to find black glutinous rice in my area, by mistake I bought a packet of black rice (not sure what was it) before. When I saw the black glutinous rice at Market City, I grabbed a packet without second thought. I like it chilled, with some coconut milk.

  3. bubur pulut hitam .. yum .. its been a while since i last had dat too ..

    sweetness from porridge and saltiness from the coconut just blend sooo well ..

  5. m3rni3, I did not add any salt... but my mum used to add a pinch of salt and added some rice.

    tigerfish, is it easy for you to get purple glutinous rice there?
