Cooked ban mian (板面) for myself this afternoon. I perfer thick pieces of "noodles" and eat it as hot as it can be. And... not to forget the dipping sauce - soy sauce with chopped chilli and garlic. I remember once my sis's Indo maid told me that "ma'am suka sup panas-panas, makan degan cili api". Yeap, my sis likes it hot with hot chilli too... that's what makes us sisters!
