First dish after my confinement, great to have something different after eating a month of ginger chicken!

    Marinate ribs with salt, sugar, pepper, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and bit of oyster sauce. Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

    Before frying, coat with AP flour and corn flour. If you have self raising flour, you can use it instead of AP.
