Loving this simple dish - steamed chicken with soy sauce and herbs. Cooked it for dinner last night and it was too delish so I decided to cook it again today for my lunch. Marinate chicken in soy sauce and salt for 30 minutes, then wrap it with foil together with herbs. Steam it on high heat for 30 minutes, let it stay in the steamer for further 10 minutes for the flavours to infuse.
Herbs I used: Angelica Sinensis (当归), Red Dates (红枣), Wolf Berries (枸纪子)
