Darling and I prefer something sweet for breakfast such as muffin, toast with honey, pancake etc. He normally eats a small amount of breakfast on weekdays as he has to drive to work. I thought it is a good idea to bake some muffins which can be kept for a few days.
After I had decided to bake this muffin I then realised that there was not any lemon left in the fridge. So, I baked orange muffins instead substituted lemon juice with orange juice and lemon zest with orange zest! They turned out perfectly in term of look and taste.
Few weeks later, I thought of eating muffin and baked some lemon muffin followed the recipe I used for orange muffin exactly. But the taste was not that good compared to orange muffin, maybe because I am an orange eater?
