Grilled Salmon with White Sauce

I was wondering at the seafood stall for awhile this afternoon thinking if one slice of salmon will be too small for two persons. If I buy two pieces, it will definitely too much for us so decided to buy only one piece. Marinated it with a bit of soy sauce for about 10 minutes and sprinkled with salt and pepper just before cooking. Served it on a bed of boiled zucchini and mushroom white sauce.
