Prawn Toasts

Usually I'll bake a small white bread for breakfast each day. Today I made double bread dough and used half of it to make tuna rolls and another half for the white bread. I was thinking to cook century eggs porridge for diner but Tak seemed not so keen. Instead, he asked for something to cook with the bread. Found some prawn in the freezer, so used it together with leftover bread to make this dish. It was served with chili sauce and mayo... yum!

It was easy to make, spread some prawn paste onto bread evenly then deep fry.

6 Large Prawns (mashed)
1 Egg
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Corn Flour
1 tbsp chopped Coriander
1 tbsp chopped Carrot
Pinch of Black Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
