Something new on dinner menu tonight. I had no idea how to cook it when buying the salmon fillet, were just thinking of eating fish as we have not had fish for past few days. When I got home I found this unique recipe from Allrecipes.com. As you can see, I served it with asparagus and potato salad. It's kind of west met the east dish... simply delicious. The idea of skewering the salmon is fantastic...goes along the line of fish satay?
