Steamed blue swimmer crabs toasted with butter, garlic and pepper. Tak requested chili crab for dinner last night but I was a bit lazy to prepare the chili paste, after 2 seconds' negotiation he settled with this. Yeah! Lydia's rules do work here. Lydia's rules - No. 1: Lydia is always right, No. 2: If Lydia is wrong, rule No. 1 applied.
This is different version of pepper crab, the crabs stayed juicy after toasted. I loved the caramelised edges which bring out the natural sweetness of the crab.
