A packet of oatbran has been sitting in my pantry for quite a while, was not sure what to do with it until today. Baked oatbran muffin for the first time, a healthier choice of muffin I suppose. It tasted great but a bit dry as I subbed oil with milk. I love the wonderful oat taste, will definitely bake it again.

All your muffins have nice dome-shaped top, any tricks in getting that...mind sharing?
ReplyDeleteTips:
ReplyDeletePreheat oven to higher temp, eg. 200C and turn it down to 175 or 180 soon after you put the muffin in.
Fill muffin case upto 90% full.
Mix well but not over mixed.
