CLICK: Black Bean

Black Bean

This is my entry for this month's CLICK: Beans 'n Lentils. So far I only know to make soup with raw black bean but I love those preserved one sold in jar, not to confuse the preserved black bean with Chinese fermented soy bean (豆豉).
