I am a loyal reader of your blog and love your recipes. Haven't tried them all - yet - and so happy you have a book! Unfortunately, I am in the US and your book distribution probably won't reach here. Please put my name in the drawing!
ReplyDeleteI would love to have a copy of your fabulous cookbook. I was in Japan last week and already I miss those certain distinctive flavour combinations and smells and tastes!
ReplyDeleteHi Lydia,
ReplyDeleteMy whole family loves Japanese food and your blog gave me a better insight and detailed way in preparing Japanese food. For example, my kids love tempura prawns very much and I tried my best to make for them, but I always fail (batter not crispy and light enough, batter too thick/thin, prawns curling...).I had tried tons of failed tempura prawns recipes (in my kitchen) till I found yours! You are a life-saver! It was the first time my tempura prawns were so light, crispy and not curling. My kids loves them so much that I made them 3 nights in a row for dinner. Thank you, my angel :)
Thus, I would really love to be the lucky winner (crossing my fingers) to receive this priced book as it'll help me further my quest towards Japanese cooking (and getting my kids to eat more too).
Once again, congrats on the publication of the cookbook and may there be many more cookbooks to come. :)
