Eh? Not steamed? When you are craving for Chee Cheong Fun and you don’t have the right gadgets, this method works like magic! Yes, your non-stick frying-pan can cook pretty decent Chee Cheong Fun.
Ingredients / 材料:
100g Rice flour / 粘米粉
10g Potato Starch / 马铃薯淀粉
20g Tapioca Starch / 木薯淀粉
2g Salt / 盐
320g Water / 水
Methods:
① In a bowl, mix together 3 types of flours and salt. Add in the water and mix until well combined. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
② Preheat a non-stick frypan then turn down the heat. Grease the pan lightly.
③ Pour the batter onto the pan, just enough to cover the surface. Scatter the filling of your choice. Cover it and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
④ Roll it up, transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with some sesame seeds and chopped spring onion if desired.
‼️ Remember to stir the batter well each time before use.
‼️ It is recommended to do use a new non-stick pan.

❶粉类和盐搅拌均匀,加入水搅拌成米浆。放置30分钟左右。
❷不沾锅加热转小火,均匀的抹上薄油。
❸加入一勺米浆,撒些馅料,加盖煮1-2分后卷成长条。
❹盛碟、淋上酱和葱油,撒些芝麻即可。
‼️记得舀米浆前要搅拌均匀。
‼️不粘锅最好是新的,如果煎蛋会沾就不用。
