Marshmallow Granola Bar /水果麦片雪花酥


It’s super easy to make and taste good too, a quick sweet treat. T likes sweet cakes but he doesn’t care about this kind of sweet snack. The boys and I quite like it, though. If you are willing to go the extra mile in packaging, it can be a homemade gift for friends who have a sweet tooth.

Marshmallow Granola Bar /水果麦片雪花酥

Ingredients:
120 g Fruit Granola / 水果麦片
100 g Marshmallow / 棉花糖
20 g Skim Milk Powder / 脱脂奶粉
20g Butter/ 奶油
Methods:
      1. Melt the butter and the marshmallow in a nonstick pan.
      2. Add in the milk powder and the granola. Mix well.
      3. Transfer into a tray. Spread out and press to fit into the tray.
      4. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
      5. Remove from the tray, cut into desired serving size.
