It is possible that two would make some slight difference... I will try half portion next time, and will definitely follow the rolling edges technique of the chef on the video (mine, similar to Maria's were a bit thick on the top ;-))...I will also use more seasoning...
Thanks for this recipe - I WILLwsamrazikhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06335872062638883639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14435557.post-56011321450410177412011-05-24T07:54:23.434+09:002011-05-24T07:54:23.434+09:00Hmmm, I ended up with a huge amount of dough. Also, my dough was really stretchy so there was a lot of dough bunched up on the top in the middle (from pulling the sides to the center). Next time I will roll out the skins to be a little smaller. The other main thing is that the meat mixture needed more flavor...I think I will add garlic, more ginger, **Maria **https://www.blogger.com/profile/08067632851227699387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14435557.post-72782148898659015312011-05-21T23:14:02.901+09:002011-05-21T23:14:02.901+09:00Hi wsamrazik ,

If we follow the "**1.5g yeast and 45g water for every 100g flour" directions, then it would be 5 cups of flour, 2 tsp of yeast & 1 cup of water. Is this what you did?**Maria **https://www.blogger.com/profile/08067632851227699387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14435557.post-47815518924705693762011-05-12T14:00:50.399+09:002011-05-12T14:00:50.399+09:00Hi Maria,

Okay, the amount of instant yeast should be 1-1.5% of the weight of flour. If using non-instant or fresh yeast, it should be 2% and 3% accordingly.
Hope this helps.Lydiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08466490117794441716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14435557.post-83993635490760447212011-05-12T00:14:56.073+09:002011-05-12T00:14:56.073+09:00Would you mind clarifying the dough part of the re...Would you mind clarifying the dough part of the recipe?
