Baked Tailor Fish with Potato

Baked Tailor Fish with Potato

Heard of tailor fish before? It is new to my dear friend Humphrey and I, was joking with him maybe this fish makes clothes that's why named tailor. First time to eat this fish, the soft texture and taste are similar to barramundi. I did not actually measure the ingredients used, added a little bit of almost everything within my sight. Tasted good with lime.

This is how I cook it... season fish with salt and pepper. Drizzled with some olive oil on a large sheet of aluminium foil, lined up thinly sliced potato, and add more salt and pepper. Followed by dried parsley, mayo, Worcestershire, and fish. Did the same for the top layer. Baked at 180C for 30 minutes. Oh ya... the fish is 500gm.

Tak requested baked fish with potato tonight, but with his favourite fish - snapper. Tasted better than tailor fish.
