almost everything homemade now, luckly the only guinea pig still happy with it.
Would the bread turn out soft if I dont have any bread improver?
YM,I think it will still soft as bread improver is to increase its volume. Make sure enough proofing time is allowed and let it proof on the baking pan, avoid transfering after 2nd proofing. This will help in producing soft bread.
