Made some tofu and meat patties for my lunch. Since I have opened a packet of miso and the shelve life is pretty short, I better use it up as soon as possible. This recipe is adapted from my chicken and tofu patties recipe, used miso paste for the seasoning. Also, I added chopped celery and chunky tofu pieces for a change.
Hm. . .I like the idea of a tofu patty. The miso will just give it the right kick.
