Red Bean Agar-agar

Tak bought me some red bean sweets from Japan months ago, something looks like those in the photo. I reused the beautiful containers and made something similar to the one i ate. Yes... imitation is one of my strengths! I forgot to buy chestnuts, those ready to eat chestnuts in a small pack. Otherwise I will place one or two chestnuts in the agar-agar.
Btw, agar-agar is Malay word means jelly. Nowadays it is easier to find the powder form compare to the traditional stripes agar-agar. The powder agar-agar set faster than the traditional agar-agar. In term of texture and taste they are pretty much the same.
