Grilled Salmon Belly

The salmon belly was part of the fillet I bought for making gravlax. I was not sure if the fatty belly is good for gravlax, to be safe and since Tak loves salmon belly very much, I reserved it for dinner. I was in the mood of decorating the plate used cherry tomato, sliced cucumber, shaved carrot and wassabi. I especially like the shaved carrot and wassabi, they brought life to the dish.

Nice. Let me know how it turns out. Don't forget to make the mustard dill sauce, which is a great complement to the gravlax.

- plain yoghurt
- mayonaise
- mustard
- finely chopped dill
- lemon juice
- salt & pepper

hahaha... too late loh...we just finished dinner! I made mayo sauce with lemon juice and pinch of salt. Also, we ate with wassabi.

Absolutely, the carrot and wasabi added zest to the dish.
