Caramel Cheesecakes


Recipe adapted from My Resipi's Caramel Cheesecake, the original recipe make a 9" cheesecake. I made one-third of the recipe and got six cupcake-size cheesecakes. Milk was separated when added into hot melted sugar, made again with thicken cream it was ok. Perhaps I should use evaporated milk to make caramel next time... stick to the old way.
