Made some crab rangoons for the Blog Party #20 organised by Dispensing Happiness. This time I added small amount of lightly chopped corn kernels, tasted better. Attempted with different types of wrapping methods, flower, crown, and wanton. So far the crown shape was easiest to make. Read something about crab rangoons, what an interesting story! It seems that they are ABC (american born chinese). 
As for the drink, I made pineapple mocktail with the pineapple cocktail recipe and subbed the rum with sprite zero. I used fresh juices in this mocktail, tasted great!
Ingredients:
2 part sprite
1 part pineapple juice
½ part lemon juice
pinch of salt (optional)
