Ikura Don (いくら丼)

Ikura Don

Salmon fish roe over steamed rice in a bowl. No recipe for this one, all you need to do is to cook the rice and top it with salmon roe and some condiments.

Beautiful! I've never tried roe of any kind. It certainly does look good enough to eat. I think I will try it sometime.
