Noodles with Mince

When living in Singapore, one of the noodles dishes I like is noodles with pork mince. There are few versions of this noodles available in Singapore, I like both mince cooked with mushroom in brown sauce, and noodles served with boiled mince and some brown sauce. Some stalls offer other items such as pork balls and liver.

Have not found any hawker selling it in Penang yet, or maybe I missed it? In KL, it is know as 猪肉丸粉. Had it a few times when visited my sister living in Cheras, hear-say it was a famous stall in that area.

Well, I made the mince cooked with mushroom version. Easier for me as I can prepare the topping in advance. It tasted good, but both T and I agreed that it would be better with some chilli oil. We are chilli lovers!
