Cooked this for a quick lunch when I found the boy searching for food soon after he came back from the school. He came home early during the exam week, unexpectedly early on this particular day. It’s a quick and easy stir fried noodles but taste superb with the lightly burnt soy sauce and sesame oil. This recipe is very simple, highly recommended for kitchen’s newbies.
