Had this salad for dinner, T's style Thai Cabbage Salad serve with grilled salmon slices.
Recipe (2-3 Servings):
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 3-4 tbsp Italian salad dressing
- 1 tsp Fish sauce (can be substituted with chicken salt or fish powder)
- 1 tsp Hot chillies paste
- Black pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a container, shake to mix. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving. This is a very refreshing salad, goes well with fried or grilled meat or fish.
