Blanched Vegetable with Oyster Sauce (油菜)

Simplest way to enjoy this veggie, love it with lots of fried garlic and garlic oil. It is also on of the popular dishes offered by Chinese restaurants. This cooking method (blanch) is good for most green leafy veggies, such as iceberg lettuce, sprouts, kailan and so forth.
Bring a pot of water to boil, add some salt and cooking oil. Drop the veggies into boiling water and get them out once the water start to boil again. Drizzle over oyster sauce and some fried onion or garlic.
