Black Bean Steamed Chicken (黑豆蒸鸡)

Steamed Chicken

I usually cook something quick and easy when T is out of town. Today, I cooked this black bean steamed chicken to go with porridge. I love this preserved black bean very much. It tastes like the bean in the canned fish with black bean, great to eat with steamed rice! No precise recipe for this, simply marinate the chicken pieces with some chopped garlic, black bean and some corn flour before steaming it.
