Continue with his birthday party. We started off his birthday dinner with one of his favourite dishes - pumpkin potage. First time had it chilled, it was very rich yet refreshing. I didn't have any cream in the fridge, so I "saved" a dollop of calories that night. I served it with fried dumpling pastry. Recipe? Any pumpkin soup recipe but use just enough water to cook the pumpkin, puree and chill.
