I have not done bread baking for long, kind of missing the smell of bread from the oven early in the morning. Baked some cinnamon roll with raisins days ago, the smell and aroma of bread baking was great!
I used the same old recipe for the bread but glazed with sugar icing instead of cream cheese frosting. T loved it very much. I believe the aroma of bread baking brings back lots of memories of our life in Sydney... those bread baking days and waking up in such lovely aroma.
Now we have more mouths to feed, these rolls did not last very long in the house.
