Boxing Chicken

Got the idea of boxing chicken from myresipi, but for the marinade I made my own. It tasted fantastic but the drumlets were little dry, it will be nicer if I use other parts of chicken. I like the crispy bread crumb layer... nice with homemade nugget I am sure.

I marinated the chicken with salt, pepper and Thai Mango Salad dressing for one hour before frying. Was lazy to prepare lemon juice, added 1/2 tbsp of the salad dressing since it contains lemon juice. Surprised by the result... yum.
