Steamed Red Bean Buns / 豆沙包

Made some steamed red bean buns for the afternoon tea. I stuffed myself with 2 buns in less than 5 minutes! Steaming hot buns with a cup of hot coffee in the rainy afternoon, what could I ask for more?

Used this Chinese Steamed Meat Bun recipe for dough, and store-bought red bean paste filling. The filling is about 30 g each.

  1. I like buns with lots of filling and less "bread"...just like this :)
I would ask for that on a rainy day too.
