Sweet Corn Tempura / 玉米天妇罗 / コーンのかき揚げ


This delicious crispy sweet corn tempura is good to serve as snack, side dish, or topping for udon. To me, I like it with salt or chili sauce instead of the tentsuyu dipping sauce. For information, kakiage is tempura made with chopped vegetables.

单玉米或加了各种食材的
酥脆的面衣 甜糯的玉米
沾点盐吃更甜美
辣椒酱也是不错的选择


Please refer to the following photo for the ingredients.


To make:
  1. Prepare the tempura batter then add in all the other ingredients. Mix briefly.
  2. Heat oil for deep frying. 
  3. Spoon some mixture into the preheat oil. Frying until golden brown. Serve warm.
  4. You may use a round egg mold to make a round shape tempura.
